About Lili Flow
When I was a child, I was forced to use my right hand at school.
I stopped painting, and over time I lost connection with creativity and hand expression.
Years later, I discovered psychogenealogy - and I realised that what I was carrying did not begin with me. It came from deeper layers of family history, patterns and unspoken stories.
During that time, I met someone who showed great patience while I was going through intense emotional processes connected to my family history and hidden truths.
One day, I was told to try painting.
I was under a lot of stress, spending nights lying on the floor, surrounded by candles, going through emotions and memories.
Then something shifted.
My left hand — the one I had been disconnected from — opened.
I began to paint with my left hand.
I don’t plan. I don’t control.
I let it flow.
Each painting is created in the moment, guided by feeling, intuition and movement. I never create the same image twice.
I don’t “make” paintings — I receive them.
As I was once told:
just allow your hand to guide you.
